How often do you release new work?

 

The website is regularly updated with new work. Please subscribe to receive email updates and follow along on Instagram to be notified of new work releases and see pieces that are available for purchase.


What is your return/exchange policy?

 

All sales are final.

A lot of hard work goes into creating the images on this website in order to represent the artworks in their truest form. Therefore, returns or exchanges on art purchases are not accepted.

In case the painting is damaged during the shipping process and you wish to file a complaint, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the artwork(s) and provide photos and videos of the artwork(s) as soon as the package is opened. The buyer must ship the artwork(s) back to The Artist using the same shipping method. The damaged artwork(s) must be shipped back within 14 days. The refund will be granted as Money Back once the artwork(s) is received and cleared by the artist.

Can you deliver or can I pick up my artwork?

 

We do not offer personal delivery or personal pickup. Shipping and delivery is offered through courier services only. If you are within the driving range of Calgary, AB and wish to pick up your artwork(s) in person, please contact us info@suzannefarmanart.com.
